As part of the campus-wide implementation of the Jenzabar enterprise system, we want to provide information about upcoming changes for all RSU employees.
The majority of the Jenzabar implementation will go live on Monday, August 1. The payroll component is expected to launch in another month or so. As part of the implementation process, the Hillcat Hub will go offline starting Monday, August 1.
Between August 1 and the launch of Jenzabar’s payroll component, employees will not have online access to paystubs, leave balances, and W-2 forms.
Employees are encouraged to print pay stubs, leave balance and W2 forms before Monday if they believe those documents will be needed during the next few weeks.
During this transition period:
- paper pay stubs and leave summaries will be sent to employees via campus mail, and
- employees should continue remitting paper timesheets and absence reports.
We expect additional changes once the payroll section is fully implemented, and we will communicate additional updates to the campus community during the process.
